Experience:

Besides normal client contact, sales, office management, various studies and reports, and project design, Mr. Vodanoff coordinates the firm’s quality control programs, heads up the firm’s “Management of Multiple Construction Contracts” services, coordinates the building code research and emergency exiting systems for all the firm’s construction projects, and is Principal-In-Charge of many of the firm’s construction projects. 

 

Mr. Vodanoff actually organized and established the first certified Building Department (1983) for a Township in Ohio for enforcement of the Ohio Basic Building Code.

 

Mr. Vodanoff has managed the firm’s renovation projects that have Federal Government Storefront Program monies.
