Experience:
Mr. Filiere’s
years of experience in design and construction includes work on health care and
government facilities in this country, educational facilities in the United States and overseas in Khartoum, Sudan. His designs for health care facilities have
varied from a new 250-bed hospital, to a 177-bed skilled nursing facility, to a
34-bed in-patient psychiatric unit in a hospital. He has conducted special research in the
fields of mental health and gerontology.
In the past, Mr. Filiere has served as City Architect and Plan Examiner for Fairview Park, Ohio; and
Plan Examiner for Warrensville
Township (now Highland Hills Village),
Ohio. While as Fairview Park’s
City Architect designed a new service and storage building to house the city’s
service and maintenance vehicles.
In 1984, Mr. Filiere spearheaded the firm’s roof consulting
services. Since than he has managed
large, complex, multi-building roof projects for several our clients and has
also designed and implemented “Roof Management Programs” for two of our clients
with 16 and 24 buildings respectively.
